Harmony Hill Retreat Center is pleased to offer:
Exploring Our Journey Through Creative Expression

Date: February 26th, 2013
Time : 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Expressing yourself through art and play has been shown to promote healing in a myriad of ways. It helps reduce stress and provides an opportunity to find closure and healing through
forms of expression that access our deeper ways of thinking and knowing. In this three hour workshop, participants will be offered simple forms to express themselves that do not
require any artistic skills.

Faculty: Lu Farber MBA, MATS, Cancer Program Facilitator.

A transition consultant in relationship-centered care systems and interpersonal communications with emphasis in end-of-life
communications and accompaniment. She is a certified Spiritual Director providing spiritual accompaniment, a process that
supports growing into our best selves by providing a safe place to explore, question, discover and deepen our values and beliefs.
She is also a contributing author to Living with Dying: A handbook for end-of-life healthcare practitioners, and When the
Caring Professional
Weeps: emotional and counter-transference responses in end-of-life care.
