Set Up/Event Info
- Exhibitor set-up time is 7:00 am – 8:00 am. Volunteers will be available to assist exhibitors as needed for set-up/tear down.
- Exhibitor area is open to attendees from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Anticipate that the majority of attendees (approximately 300) will visit vendors between 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 11:00 am – 1:30 pm.
- One 5 foot table (with linen) and 2 chairs will be provided unless otherwise indicated/coordinated.
- Power is limited and will not be provided unless otherwise coordinated.
- Organization signage will be provided at each table and will appear as shown on your Sponsorship Agreement. You are welcome to provide your own signage also.
- Giveaways and chance drawings are encouraged.
Meals (breakfast/lunch) will be provided to all exhibitor staff.
All information or materials presented or provided shall be free. Exhibitors shall not solicit or collect survivor data or donations unless allowed by CHI Franciscan, MultiCare, or American Cancer Society.
