Every year the Cancer Survivorship Conference provides the platform for a variety of exhibitors to interact with our community of cancer fighters and survivors. For both the local organizations and the community, this is a great opportunity to learn about the needs of survivors as well as the availability of local support and services.

If you are interested in exhibiting at the upcoming Cancer Survivorship Conference please download the sponsor/exhibitor agreement below and follow the instructions provided. You will be contacted by the Sponsorship/Exhibitor Committee for further information. Exhibitor space is limited and preference is given to prior exhibitors.

Set Up/Event Info

  • Exhibitor set-up time is 7:00 am – 8:00 am. Volunteers will be available to assist exhibitors as needed for set-up/tear down.
  • Exhibitor area is open to attendees from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.  Anticipate that the majority of attendees (approximately 300) will visit vendors between 8:00 am – 9:00 am and 12:30 am – 2:00 pm.
  • One 5 foot table (with linen) and 2 chairs will be provided unless otherwise indicated/coordinated.
  • Power is limited and will not be provided unless otherwise coordinated.
  • Organization signage will be provided at each table and will appear as shown on your Sponsorship Agreement.  You are welcome to provide your own signage also.
  • Giveaways and chance drawings are encouraged.

Meals
Meals (breakfast/lunch) will be provided to all exhibitor staff.

Guidelines
All information or materials presented or provided shall be free. Exhibitors shall not solicit or collect survivor data or donations unless allowed by CHI Franciscan, MultiCare, or American Cancer Society.

Fee
Sponsorship fees start at $500 per table for for-profit organizations; $250 for non-profit organizations. Please direct all questions to JoAnne Fletcher at (253) 564-7589, joannefle@comcast.net.
